Completion of National Pension Service "WebFax-Based Civil Complaint Management System Enhancement" Project
Hyunjin.com Co., Ltd. completed the enhancement and implementation of the WebFax-based civil complaint management system for the National Pension Service in December 2011.
This enhancement project was conducted to provide top-tier WebFax services by building a stable system based on integration and efficiency.
With a project budget of 1.8 billion KRW, the enhancement work included replacing database servers that were previously dispersed across regional headquarters with an integrated high-capacity database server.
The centralized structure of the integrated database server and key servers (management and web servers) improved operational efficiency. Additionally, by replacing analog fax equipment at regional headquarters and relay branches with digital fax equipment, system stability was secured, and the fax transmission/reception success rate was increased by approximately 15%.
Monitoring functions have been strengthened to allow for an immediate response in the event of a system failure.
User convenience has been enhanced through the addition of various software features, such as sent fax history inquiry, locking functions, transmission cancellation, memo printing, task category favorites, and selective fax image transmission.
